Public changelog, RSS feed and versioning policy

• We launch this section: from now on, all relevant changes to the public API are announced here.
• The changelog can be followed via RSS at feed.en.xml (opens in a new tab) (or feed.xml (opens in a new tab) in Spanish).
• We publish the API versioning policy: what counts as an additive change, what is a breaking change and what overlap period each major version has.
