Disability degree in TGSS registrations

Registering a worker accepts a new parameter, grado_minusvalia: the worker's recognised disability degree, as a 2-digit number (e.g. 33, 65). Saltra reports it in the "Grado Minusvalía" field of the Sistema RED registration screen.

• It is optional: if you do not send it, the registration is submitted exactly as before, with no degree.
• With rlce = 0600 (workers with disabilities in Special Employment Centres), TGSS requires the degree to be 33 or higher; if you send a lower one, the API answers 422 before contacting the agency.

This is an additive change: integrations that do not use it need no changes.
