Contract change: R.L.C.E. now included

The contract change (PUT /contract-coeficiente) accepts the optional rlce parameter: the Special Employment Relationship, 4 digits (for example, 9941 for coaches and instructors subsidised under Law 7/2024). Until now, an R.L.C.E. that was not registered at hiring could not be sent later through the API.

• If rlce is omitted, the worker keeps the one already registered at TGSS: it is not cleared.
• If neither contractType nor coeficiente is sent, the part-time coefficient is kept.
• An rlce that is not 4 digits returns 422 before calling TGSS.

The tgss_update_contract_coeficiente MCP tool accepts the same parameter.
