Query the bank details of a CCC

New Query bank details endpoint (GET /datos-bancarios, same path as the PUT of Report bank details). Given regimen and ccc, it returns what TGSS has on record for that contribution account:

  • saldo_acreedor and cargo_en_cuenta: full IBAN, its parts and the holder (document type, identification and name); null if no account is on record.
  • datos_bancarios: the full TGSS screen, with its original field names.
  • If the certificate has several RED authorisations, 422 with data.authorized_list, same as the PUT.

The tgss_get_datos_bancarios MCP tool runs the same query.
