Bank details: 404 without accounts and authorisation fix

Query bank details (GET /datos-bancarios) no longer answers 200 with saldo_acreedor and cargo_en_cuenta set to null when the contribution account has no account on record: it answers 404 with success: false and the message «SISTEMA RED: No hay datos bancarios comunicados para esta cuenta de cotización.».

  • If only one of the two accounts is on record, it is still a 200 with the other one null.
  • The 404 is a final answer, not a TGSS failure: there is no need to retry it.

Also, with a certificate holding several RED authorisations, the query and Report bank details (PUT /datos-bancarios) failed with «El campo Autorizado es obligatorio» even when authorized_num was sent. Not anymore: without authorized_num they answer 422 with data.authorized_list, as documented, and with it they use that authorisation.
