Contract change: inactivity type and strike/ERE CTP

The contract change (PUT /contract-coeficiente) accepts two new optional parameters from the RED System contract change screen (ATR45):

  • tgss_inactividad: the "Inactivity type". The possible values are in the table of inactivity types. It is sent to TGSS as is; Saltra does not validate it against the list, and TGSS rejects an invalid value.
  • tgss_ctp_huelga: the strike/ERE activity CTP ("CTP Actvid. Huelga/ERE"), 1 to 3 digits. They are the thousandths of the coefficient, because TGSS shows a fixed "0," in front: 750 = 0.750. Saltra left-pads it with zeros to 3 digits, so 75 = 0.075.

Neither of them is preserved. If omitted or empty ("" / null), they are sent empty and the worker's current value is removed. Unlike rlce, omitting them does not keep the current value: to keep it, resend it; to clear it, send it empty.
