Contribution Settlement Receipt: new format parameter

The GET /report-rlc endpoint (Contribution Settlement Receipt) has a new optional format parameter:

  • pdf (default): as before, the PDF in data.file (base64).
  • json: the data of each receipt of the settlement (bases, contributions and totals) in data.list, without the PDF. Useful when only the amounts are needed, and while the TGSS does not deliver the PDF for some periods.

Nothing changes for callers that do not send format.
