Contribution Settlement Receipt: format=siltra

The format parameter of the GET /report-rlc endpoint (Contribution Settlement Receipt) accepts a third value:

  • siltra: requests from the TGSS the duplicate of the Workers' Nominal List (RNT) of all the workers of the settlement. The TGSS delivers it deferred to the RED authorised user's SILTRA mailbox, not in the response. data.status says whether the request was filed (requested) or one was already pending (already_in_progress).

Unlike pdf and json, siltra is not a query: every call files a request with the TGSS. The tgss_report_rlc MCP tool accepts the same value.

Nothing changes for callers that send pdf, json or no format.
