Employee situation: getTc parameter with the +TC data

Affects Query an employee’s situation within the company (GET /api/v4/seg-social/employee-situations) and its MCP tool.

New optional parameter getTc

Additive change, does not break integrations. With getTc=1, each record in data includes a tc key with the data of the RED System “+TC” screen (contribution specifics):

• rlce and rlce_text: code and description of the special employment relationship (RLCE).
• special_code: the screen’s “C.Esp” field, exactly as reported by TGSS.
• sepe_contract_type: contract type reported to SEPE.
• unemployed_company / unemployed_company_text: unemployed status declared by the company.
• unemployed_spee / unemployed_spee_text: unemployed status according to the SPEE.
• fic_age: worker’s age on the contract start date (integer).
• fict_calculated: contract start date calculated by TGSS (YYYY-MM-DD).

Every field may be null if TGSS does not report it. Without getTc the response does not change.
